1.The Company respects the intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of others. If the above products is protected under valid patent right, the Company and the Buyer promise that the corresponding products will only be used for scientific research, and are prohibited from being used for any commercial purpose or for food, medicine, clinical diagnosis or treatment.
2.The Buyer shall be responsible for the following matters: (1) obtaining any necessary intellectual property license for the use of the product; (2) complying with all applicable regulatory requirements and generally accepted industry standards; and (3) conducting all necessary tests and certifications, including those for suitability of the intended purpose.
3.If the Buyer infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party due to its specific use of the product and thus causes the property loss of the third party, the Buyer shall bear all risks and liabilities.
