Safety management

Neoleading Pharma attaches great importance to process safety in the R&D process, and implements process risk assessment (e.g. thermal risk analysis) and on-site risk assessment meetings before conducting experiments, until it meets the risk control requirements and obtains approval before conducting experiments.

Meanwhile, we pay attention to employees' behavioral safety and conduct behavioral safety observation, training, coaching, and review to continuously improve their behavioral safety awareness and ability.

Environmental management

In strict accordance with environmental protection regulations and standards, the wastewater and waste gas are disposed of through professional and standard pipes and activated carbon for adsorption, respectively, to achieve standardized discharge, and solid wastes are collected and stored by category and outsourced to be disposed of in a compliant manner. Meanwhile, Neoleading Pharma continues to optimize the process routes, selects eco-friendly chemicals to carry out experiments and operates in a closed area in an effort to reduce the amount of three wastes and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
